Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using MOLTamp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

MOLTamp is free to use. A one-time $20 payment removes the nag popup and grants a perpetual, non-transferable license key tied to your email address. One key works on all your personal machines.

What you get

The free and paid versions are functionally identical. The license key removes the periodic popup. No features are restricted in the free version.

Disclaimer of warranties

MOLTamp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality, performance, and results of using the software is with you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall MOLTamp, its developer, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the software — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You assume all risk and responsibility for your use of the software, including any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or any other harm that results from such use.

Third-party services

MOLTamp wraps third-party CLI tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, Aider, and others). MOLTamp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other third party. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the behavior, output, availability, or costs of any third-party service accessed through MOLTamp.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that MOLTamp will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with any particular hardware or software configuration. We do not guarantee that defects will be corrected or that updates will be provided.

User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the commands you execute, the code you generate, and any consequences of running AI agents through MOLTamp. The software provides a terminal interface — what happens inside that terminal is entirely your responsibility.

Age restriction

MOLTamp is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not download, install, or use the software. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use MOLTamp with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Export compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and sanctions programs administered by OFAC. You may not download or use MOLTamp if you are located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or if you are on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOLTamp, its developer, and contributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the software, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of MOLTamp shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against MOLTamp or its developer.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOLTamp regarding the software and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected].

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MOLTamp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
