Does MOLTamp replace Claude Code?
No — it wraps it. Your Claude Code binary, config, API key, and workflows run identically. MOLTamp just adds the skin and widget layer around the session.
Do I need to reconfigure Claude Code?
Nothing changes about your Claude Code install. MOLTamp auto-detects the binary and spawns it as a child process. Your prompts, tools, and settings all work as before.
Can MOLTamp show me live Claude Code telemetry?
Yes — the built-in telemetry widget parses Claude Code's hook event stream and shows tool calls, token usage, and hook fires in real time next to your session.
Will MOLTamp slow down Claude Code?
No. Claude Code runs as a normal child process. Electron adds some RAM overhead for the wrapper UI, but it has zero impact on the agent itself.
