    • New: first-run walkthrough — a guided tour that auto-plays on first launch, walking you through the launch screen and then the cockpit. The spotlight is click-through, so you interact with the real UI as you learn it. Replay any time from View → Launch Tutorial
    • Fixed: state-reactive skins and widgets now actually react — the shell state attribute (idle / thinking / streaming / tool-use / permission / error / complete) was previously never written, so logos and widgets that depended on it stayed dark. They now light up correctly
    • Improved: What's New in Settings collapses to a single header — click the arrow to expand the full list. State persists across sessions
